How to make this Mutton biryani in a pressure cooker at home
Soak 1 cup of rice with water
In a cooker add oil, ghee and let it come to the smoking point
Add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, stone flower, cardamon and, stir well
Now add the sliced onion and ginger garlic paste and cook until it turns brown
Add the mutton, tomato slices, green chilies, coriander, and mint to this and cook them well.
Add Salt, chili powder, and beaten curd.
Cook well and add soaked 1 cup rice followed by 1.5 cups of water
Check salt and cook with the lid closed for 1 to 2 whistle and turn the stove off. Don't open the lid for at least 10 mins.
Serve hot with some raita.
