    How to make Chicken liver pepper fry at home

    Step 1

    Marinate the chicken liver with salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and garam masala.

    Step 2

    Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds,curry leaves,shallots and green chillies and stir. When the shallots turn translucent, add ginger garlic paste and saute for around a minute

    Step 3

    Add the marinated chicken liver and saute on high heat for 2 minutes.Reduce the heat to medium and keep cooking for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

    Step 4

    Finish with black pepper powder and coriander leaves.
