The modern-day cheesecake has many popular homes like Japan, Russia, South Africa, the Philippines, the United States, etc. We all love cheesecakes mainly for their CHEEEZIEeeeā€¦.. sweetness and melting in the mouthfeel. In this recipe as a valentine’s day special, we have got in a Strawberry no-bake version. Save some time to make this cake, so as to spend more time with your valentine and enjoy this cake together over a glass of wine!

    How to make no-bake strawberry jelly cheesecake at home

    Step 1

    Line a 7-inch springform tin and keep it ready.

    Step 2

    Mix together the powdered digestive biscuits and melted butter. Press this firmly at the bottom of the springform tin and keep it refrigerated.

    Step 3

    Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler and keep it aside.

    Step 4

    Whip the heavy cream in a bowl till it thickens.

    In another bowl, beat the cream cheese gently using a spoon or spatula. To this, add the melted chocolate and mix well.

    Step 6

    Next, fold in the whipped cream, lemon juice, and vanilla essence and mix well. Pour this cheesecake mixture on top of the biscuit crust and leave it in the refrigerator while you prepare the jelly.

    Step 7

    Prepare the strawberry jelly as per the instructions on the package and let it cool down slightly. [use a really made packet for best results or make at home from scratch]

    Step 8

    Slice the strawberries in half and arrange them on top of the cheesecake mix. Gently pour the jelly mix on top and leave it in the refrigerator till it sets well. Slice and serve.
