Mango juice - 1 cup
Green chilli chopped – 1tsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Sugar syrup – ½ cup
Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
Lemon slices – 4
Ice cubes – as required
How to make Kulukki Mango juice
Add chopped ginger, green chilli without seeds, sugar syrup, lemon slices, mango juice, soaked chia seeds, and ice cubes to a shaker bottle.
Shake well until surbath turns frothy.
Line the serving glass with ice cubes and pour the juice
Garnish and serve
