How to make Atte ki pinni at home
Heat some ghee in a pan, add gound and saute till it reaches a crispy texture. Crush and keep aside.
In the same pan add almonds, walnuts, raisins, and cashews, and sautee them till it reaches a light brown color.
In a kadhai add a generous amount of ghee, once hot add atta or whole wheat flour.
Cook till it reaches a golden brown color and the raw smell of flour is gone. Once done, keep it aside to cool down.
Add cardamom powder, sugar and mix it along with dry fruits and crushed gaund.
Divide it into equal portions and shape them in round or oval pinnies.
