How to make Berry Skillet Pancake at home
In a bowl add maida, cornflour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine milk, sugar, melted butter, and lemon juice in another bowl
Mix both the dry and wet ingredients from these two bowls to form a thick batter.
Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.
Pour the batter into a skillet.
Top with strawberry compote and fresh strawberries and spread it across roughly.
Bake for 15-18 minutes at 180 C.
Demould and Enjoy warm with honey/maple syrup.[optional]
