    How to make Moong dal Cheela at home

    Step 1

    Soak the moong dal for 2 to 3 hours

    Step 2

    Wash and drain and make a smooth paste with green chili, ginger paste, and salt to taste and mix some chopped coriander with it.

    Step 3

    Sauté the ingredients for the stuffing in a pan except for the grated paneer and take off the flame. Mix the grated paneer to it after that.

    Step 4

    With the dal mix make a flat dosa-shaped pancake on a griddle, add the stuffing, fold into a book fold and take off.

    Step 5

    Serve with a spicy chutney of your choice
