X-mas mousse is an adorable and utterly delicious dessert. These mousse cups are filled with luscious cream inside. The best way to eat them is just to eat off the tops and then eat the chocolate cup. They definitely taste so good!

How to make Xmas Mousse at home
Start by melting the dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave
Spoon a little into your cupcake liner. Make sure to "paint" around the sides of the mold so that it forms a cavity in the middle and completely covers the sides.
Freeze to harden around 10 minutes or so and then un-mold.
Whip up the whipping cream until light and fluffy
Add green food color
Cut the cake sponge and fill the chocolate cups
Pipe out the whipping cream, forming an amount like a short Xmas tree, and garnish with sprinkles.
